My name is Kristina Stibitz. I am a resilient TBI survivor dedicated to transforming personal challenges into a source of strength and support for others. After navigating the complexities of a traumatic brain injury, I have committed my life to helping individuals, both with and without head injuries, find hope, healing, and empowerment.
Life has tested me in profound ways, shaping me into a thriving person ready to share the healing tools that have guided me through my journey. Over the last five years, I have immersed myself in learning, applying and integrating in an effort to help others find their way to hope and freedom. The path to healing starts within, and I believe by tuning into our intuition and listening to our hearts we can release ourselves from old stories and step into a more joyful life.
I bring a wealth of experience from my previous career in management to help resolve conflict as well as overcoming a lifelong eating disorder and being a victim of domestic violence. I am equipped with the skills to inspire and lead, fostering an environment of compassion and understanding.
Driven by a passion for advocacy and support, I aim to raise awareness about the realities of brain injuries and mental health challenges while also providing resources and guidance for those seeking recovery. Through my journey, I have learned the importance of community, resilience, and the power of shared experiences.
I am honored to walk alongside individuals on their path to self-discovery and healing, supporting them while supporting them as they reclaim the beautiful whole beings they were meant to be.
